Horrible experience! I had ordered dinner and was told 25 to 30min wait for a to go order. Okay that's fine....35min later I go in to pick up my order. They don't have it! They come out 5 different times to confirm over a course of 10min. YES I ORDERED FROM HERE! Finally they tell me they don't know what happened to my order. I'm not rude about it, I ask what can you do now? They tell me well all I can do is put your order in but it'll be another 30 to 35min! Seriously? I'm already almost an hour into this, my household is hungry I'm not waiting. This situation could have been handled better.

We ordered curbside service. When we got home there wasn't any sweet & sour sauce. Since it was late we went back today to get the sauce. After being interrogated for 10 min we were told we'd have to wait 5 min. When we went back we were told we hadn't placed an order so we couldn't have the sauce
