Apparently if you get your order to go they just blatantly refuse to help. I didn't even want a refund I just wanted something I'd actually like (didn't even eat the lo mein).. Pretty much got told to kick rocks.. server seemed really embarrassed. ♀️

Excellent staff! The food is very delicious. I have had Chinese food in San Francisco, but NO RESTAURANT CAN COMPARE to New Star Restaurant. The owner is very particular about how often he changes the oil. This has been eye opening after understanding the color of the food I was served here. I asked why my fried rice was not Brown and taste greasy?(lol) He explained it and learned you when put quality service in what you enjoy it does not matter if others acknowledge or appreciate It, but you know you gave your best. I recommend this restaurant and business owner as being the BEST IN THE INDUSTRY. Anyone that...
