Got the tempura shrimp dinner and chicken/beef teriyaki combo via delivery service. The food came hot. It was delicious. Great portions for the price. Looking forward to having a meal from there again. Hard to find places with such a substantial tempura shrimp dinner with sides.

I don't feel this place warrants quite a four star rating, but this is based on the fried rice, which I'm always more inclined to order when visiting teriyaki shacks for the first time. That could rise after future visits! They offer top notch customer service. Everyone I've met here greets you with a smile and offer the warmest hospitality they can muster from behind a counter. The location is great with a decent-sized parking lot they share with a couple of other businesses. It has never filled up during either of my whopping two visits. Note: You can see New Teriyaki & Wok from driving into Thriftway, but they each have their own driveway. The dining room is larger than other teriyaki joints thanks to the southern location well away from the madness of Alaska Junction. I received a generous order of fried rice, once to go and once dining in both times.
