If you go to New York pizza depot make sure to bring cash. Or better yet Don't support these places that charge extra of you don't have cash.  They now charge 4% fee if you pay with credit or debit cards. Merchant processing companies charge 2.15 up to 2.5% to accept cards from your customers. For them to profit on this is beyond bad. Just think about it. You lost $3 in profit and a loyal customer for 25 cents.
