If you decide to order food from here, I hope to God you don't choose curbside pickup. I have MS and I use curbside pickup because I don't walk well. I was told I had to get out the car and get my order off the shelf outside. I almost fell getting out the car but I picked it up. Before leaving I spoke to Dave, the manager, and he told me curbside was not available during mid afternoon because of staffing. That's not my problem. I thought curbside meant your items would be brought to you. If that's the not case curbside service should only be offered during specific hourss.. Needles to say Newks will never get my money anymore..

Service has been better. We dinner in, no one was at the counter so we had to wait although there plenty of staff around, next the order was incorrect, lastly we had to pay extra,because the counter staff did not take the order correctly, although the order was repeated and he said he included everything. He actually did not. The place was not busy. Maybe new staff .
