For Vietnamese food, this is not a bad option. The Bun Bo Hue is very good and has just the right amount of spiciness. The sliced beef in it was tender and the broth was rich. Some restaurants do not give pork knuckle in their bun bo hue, and it is disapointing when that happens. So I am glad that this place includes pork knuckle with it. So after a long debate on where to eat dinner my sisters and I decided to come to the nha trang location on Main Street because my little sister boasted immensely on their signature dish- bon bo hue, which is Vietnamese for the spicy beef noodle dish. It is a signature dish in our culture so I took it seriously when she said this was the best of the best. Even without her hyping it up, I set my expectations to a min.
