Nice To Meet You in Houston

Food selection was limited in the fridge. Customer service was lacking… food was over priced given there was not much to pick from. Won’t be going back. Disappointed, I love hot pot and was excited to try this place.

I try this restaurant 2 times only because my friend told me to !!!! What the sucks hot pot place I seriously Been to . The first time I want to try it because I heard good things about it and of course th big bear had caught my attention so I haves it a try . I went in for my friend birthday and we sat down the services was ok first got out drinks and ask for the soup broth . But like the server never had came back like no service at all the pot flavor was super not good and expensive counting sticks for the hot pot but you knit that is ok no service at all dead silence in their like a dead bird Second time was because my friend told me to give it a try again because they did bbq sticks now I was like no I don't want to try but then we needed up their omg it is so so salty like are you serious what the heck how do you even eat such a thing it's so salty and made my throat dry . Not good no service workers are high to like why are you even open just closed the restaurant

Nice to Meet You is actually a hot pot place that's unique in that their food is in refrigerators in the back and you can pick and choose which meats or veggies you want. Price is based on the number of skewers or the colors of the bowls. There is a modest amount of variety here, but I think many things I like from my hot pot is missing. There are a couple options for the broth that you can choose from but a big warning is they're all pretty spicy. Also, there is a small fee if you choose to take any sauce from the sauce bar. Service wasn't very good and they didn't explain the menu well at all which degraded the experience I had here. There are a lot of hot pot restaurants in the area where I would rather go to and I probably won't come again.
