The Nick's Barbecue in Alsip has moved from 127th & Harlem in Palos Heights. Since the Covid 19 we started to order about once a month as a small treat from the daily routine of meal planning, cooking and cleanup, it was something to look forward to.,.. This has changed due to the mismanagement of "Nicks" and the attitude that is unsuitable for any person in the resturant business today! We have called and noted that the deep fried chicken and waffle fries were burnt and could not have been consumed but the management could not get the concept that His responsibility was to make sure that the cook staff are trained and understand how to prepare these meals... We will not patronize any "Nicks Barbecue" and highly recommend that everyone forgets yo go or order from this establishment.
