I tried this place out a couple of years ago and it was just average...fast forward to 2022 and I thought I would come back to check this place out as the reviews seemed better since they reopened a couple of months ago. I ordered take out and picked up as soon as the order was ready. The only thing I was missing was the extra spicy sauce I had requested under the comments section, no big deal as I know it's easy to miss those instructions. My order was fresh and warm and packaged well. Food I ordered: - Pad Kra Prao (chicken sautéed with green beans, bamboo shoots, and carrots): I was expecting this to be like a traditional Thai chicken basil dish as the description states it is made in a basil sauce but it was anything but that. My cousins introduced me to this place a few months back, yet we decided to come back here again - this time, we brought my mom and aunt. This place is located in Montrose and super easy to find. Parking is limited, especially on weekends, so make sure you get here early! The inside of this authentic cuisine is much nicer than I imagined - not too big, but not too small either. Service is very friendly; my mom and aunt were not too familiar with Thai food, so they were talking to each other back and forth in Vietnamese, but to our surprise, our server was fluent in Vietnamese as well!! He helped us choose our dishes and always made sure that we were doing okay. I got their Thai tea, which was not as sweet as most places, yet still tasted so refreshing, followed by a Chicken Pad Thai. The Pad Thai portion may look small, but the minute I start taking a few bites, I get so full! The aroma is not as sour as most and the noodles were thin and light! Peanuts and bread sprouts blended well with the dish. Nidda Thai Cuisine is perfect when in need of some comfort food. Be sure to check it out if you're in the area!
