Unfortunately, I was not impressed with Nishiki Hibachi & Sushi Restaurant. The fried rice was supposed to be a vegetable fried rice, but I barely found any vegetables in the finished product. The soup was broth and it was good, but it was primarily broth. There was no mushrooms or anything else in the broth. The ginger salad dressing did not have a ginger taste at all. I ordered pineapple juice and rum. The drink was primarily pineapple juice. It was watered down. One of my party, also returned his drink twice because it did not taste right. The cook was okay, he seemed bored with his job. I was not impressed with the meal at all. I must say that the service staff was very good, but I came for the food which I would not go back again.
