Have been a regular at this place for 4 years now. Favorite time to visit is during fall where they have the Matsutake Dobin Mushi soup (mushroom soup in seafood broth). Banana tempura ice-cream and hamachi jalapeño are also great.

Wow! That was truly the BEST meal of my life, and such a special dining experience made perfect by the kind wait staff and expert chefs. Hands down the best sushi in Seattle. I’ll be back soon, but not before I tell everyone I know to go there! Thank you for an incredible and unforgettable meal, Nishino family!
