I went for my first time on Friday, July, 30, 2021 and was a fun experience. The group of young men made it all worth it, they were having fun, but very professional and had the ice cream in a very quick manner. It was a unique and yummy type of ice cream. The young guy working the register was awesome and full of smiles, so that's why I'll definitely be back because of that. I didn't catch a name or I would of personally thank him.

Update: True class shown by the business owner in his response. You can't handle the heat? Maybe you chose the wrong career. Smart (I emphasize "smart") business owners would take the criticism and use it as a means for improvement and not try to bash the customer. Best of luck to you as well in "whatever you do," you need it. --------------------------------------------------- I love the idea of fresh made ice right before your eyes. That is what drew me into this place, seeing clouds of nitrogen fog followed by a fresh bowl of ice cream coming out of it. After dining at one of the nearby restaurants here at Tin Can Alley, I decided to satisfy my sweet tooth. I ordered up the regular size bowl which came in at a lovely $7 and change. What the heck, you're paying for the experience right? Why not? I go behind the plexiglass window to watch the cream get made, and to my extreme disappointment, I see the worker go into a freezer and pull out a mixing bowl of already made ice cream and start filling a bowl with it. I kept thinking "no way that could be mine, they make things fresh here." Nope! Sure enough, less than a minute later, here comes this sloppy, melted, sorry excuse for a product with my name on it. BS. Here's a word of advice, don't sell yourself as an establishment that makes ice cream on demand with nitrogen, when you just pull prepared slop out the fridge. To add to insult, the peppermint chocolate chip ice cream tasted like tooth paste. Snip, snap, snout, this place is out. Never again. I'll save my $7 + tip and go grab some Blue Bell.
