So far my worst hotpot experience in Houston! The vegetables were clearly not very fresh. The hotpot soup tasted weird, probably not using coconut water even though it's called coconut chicken hotpot... And it's expensive! Unless you are looking for restaurants without many people (now I see why), this hotpot would be recommended.

The worst service. We were flagging them down several times. It was our first time and I don't think we will be coming back. We ordered the half and half, it's the most popular one. It has both spicy and the bone broth. They were flavorful but the spicy one was way too oily for me. I know the Chinese cuisine is oily but I just personally could not enjoy it without pouring it out. (Oops! Sorry!) I also mixed both the broth together, it was pretty good. They also have really nice presentation. We got the beef belly. It was good. The sauces and utensils are displayed for you to get yourself. The interior was really nice and pretty. I just wouldn't go back because it was not like a "WOW", and the service SUCKED! Nobody came to check up on us, it was as if I wasn't dinning in.

They’re short stuff. There’s only one service guy all the time. Which makes me wouldn’t even wanna complain about his attitude cuz he’s def exhausted. We ordered some dishes that were out but we’ve never been told until we asked about it. Food was so so, not that good as advertised. I could make my own broth at home better than this. Wouldn’t recommend to y’all or come back any more.
