No Thai in Ann Arbor

Somehow my order was skipped. Don't know why two bowls of noodle took more than half hour, when a lot of people behind me already got their orders. I won't come here again unless they take my phone call or online order

Called to place a delivery order and was told that they only take delivery online.  I spent 10 minutes online trying to order, the website to order online was not working, I could not update the delivery address. After trying online I called and explained everything and was told that they  know they are having issues with the online delivery order but still could not take delivery orders over the phone. He also gave me suggestions on how try and order online which I explained to him that I had tried all the options he tried to give me before I even called. I work at a office with a short lunch and could not utilize No Thai services due to a very bad customer service policy regarding delivery orders, after speaking to whomever answered the phone they were rude telling me that basically they didn't care about our service, and our  company orders from them all the time. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE GETS NO SERVICE FROM OUR COMPANY. I have never heard of a restaurant not being able to take delivery orders over the phone knowing that the online website is having issues!!!  No Thai! should not be given any stars for the this reason.

I have always liked No Thai.  Gotta say though, recent experiences during the covid time have been disappointing, sloppily prepared, big hunks of chicken under cooked, missing elements like peanuts, asked for  mild got hot spice, dry food not enough sauce.  All of this could have been fixed while dining in but no can do with carry out.  Did I say disappointing?
