Amazing food, clean and inviting atmosphere, spectacular service. Noi's is a must have when it comes to sushi and thai noodles for anyone visiting or living in Asheville

I would not call myself a connoisseur of Thai food, so I can't speak to the "authenticity" of the menu (although there are Thai cooks and servers), but I have enjoyed all the dozen or so meals I've had there quite a bit. All the dishes are less fatty or oily, the curries somehow lighter. In some cases, I believe the decision has been made to make a lighter dish, or a simpler dish, or to have a recipe more amenable to changing it up for a special needs diner, e.g., vegan, or nut-allergic, or whatever. In general, I don't think a complaint that an ethnic dish by a certain name d...
