This guy makes some wicked good! Everything I have gotten is flavorful and fresh! I have tried almost everything and will continue to comeback anytime I see nom nom out. Ex Novo is my favorite spot to enjoy nom nom and a beer!

Not my favorite food truck experience. Prob my least favorite food truck experience actually. We ordered the: Korean Burrito - $10 Small Tots $3 Tuna Ahi Sandwich $14 Fish Taco $3 $35 with tip Only the Ahi Tuna was what I'd call tasty. The other items we received are not something I'd order again. Just a disappointment overall, punctuated by the 40 minute wait from a slow kitchen (not very crowded). Not a good experience overall. Left here, headed to Icheban a few miles away and picked up three sushi rolls To-Go ... ahhhh, just right. Clean, not covered in sauce with great taste. Ex Novo experience was very positive btw - clean, organized, great outdoor dining environment with pleasant professional staff.

My wife and I are always looking for new, great restaurants, and or food trucks.  We were in Corralas New Mexico recently and there was a food truck called:  Nom Nom on wheels. The food was really great, and reasonably priced.  I had a special which had steamed shrimp with veggies, and super spices.  We also had the green chili kimchi, which was really great.  Nom the owner is a very colorful guy, who really is passionate about his food, and treats everybody in a special way.  A must food truck to visit.  They move around, and I didn't get the phone number.  I think that he is a semi regular at the X Noval brewery in Corrallas, New Mexico
