I have always been very pleased with the food at Nonna's: The Trattoria. However, about 1 week ago on Wednesday the food was extremely disappointing. My Mom had the Ravioli (We were told that the pasta is homemade) and had to let it go back because the pasta tasted and felt undercooked. The waiter was nice enough to order another, however, it was just slightly better. I had the salmon and ordered the side of garlic mashed potatoes. The potatoes had absolutely no flavor and the texture was more like a baked potato smashed up. Was told they changed the recipe. Well, they should have stuck with the old recipe. Also, the salmon was not as flavorful as usual. I even asked the manager if they have a new cook because the food was mediocre at best. Maybe because owner was out of town in Italy???? I am giving it a 3 star because the service was great.
