The workers were kind, but unfortunately we were ignored for the first 5 minutes upon entering. The girl preparing our food did not use gloves and was wearing her face mask on her chin. I ordered a pasta with no veggies and my boyfriend ordered a pasta with chicken. My pasta came with veggies and his pasta didn’t have any chicken. We love noodles and company but most likely won’t be coming back. I want to know that my food is being prepared in a clean environment and that workers are taking the proper precautions to protect themselves and customers.

Had been hit or miss. The past couple of months have been complete misses with them not being open during their posted hours, the ordering system not accepting orders during posted hours and now the ordering system taking my order but the store not opening for three hours. If you call, you are punted to a call center and they can't help. Last time I was told to try again later and today it was call them and get them to transfer me to the store in three hours. Wasted lunch break, thank goodness for Chick-fil-A. Will not be wasting anymore time trying to eat here. Chick-fil-A is fully staffed...

I can't speak to the management or staff as we ordered as a pick up. The 2 star rating is honestly for Noodles and Company as a whole. The only way I can describe this pasta is...uninspired and generic.Support your local Italian restaurants.
