We came to this place all the way from the Pike Market and we did call ahead for the hours to make sure it was open but... it was closed at 5. They did not change the hours. Nobody cared. The manager listened to our suggestion to change the message with the current hours and closed the door. They simply don't care. Very bad.

They gave me wrong service hours over the phone; I called specifically to make sure they were open. When I walked uphill from the Pike market they slammed the door in front of me saying they just closed. I tried very politely to tell them to change their phone recording, but the manager looked very annoyed by me. I think they give bad reputation to Nordstrom in general.
