Ordered for delivery the other night and it was so bad none of us ate any of it. The first thing we got was a sub- buffalo chicken. It was like they breaded a whole chicken breast and stuck it in a sub roll so it was so wide it was almost flat. The chicken was weird and almost stringy or veiny with cartilage all in it. The next thing we got was a pizza and it was totally undercooked and doughy. Even if it wasn't undercooked I don't think I would have eaten it because the crust was totally unseasoned and tasteless. The next thing we're onion rings. How do you mess that up right? I'll tell you how. They were overdone and it was as if they used really small onions or something, like circumference wise they were normal but the onion itself was so thin. We did order a small, but it seemed like there were like 8 of these flimsy onion strings in there. Then there was the gyro. There was about two tiny thin pieces of meat in there and it was so gooey you couldn't pick it up. Also tasteless. To top all of this off, it was like a 48$ bill. Needless to say...

I'm a very easy going customer, and give restaurants many opportunities before I really dislike them. I've been to this place quite a few times. Usually the subs are OK, but the service is not very good at all. One time I got a good chunk on hair in my food. That was the first bad experience. I didn't even complain, I just threw it out and left, and chalked it up to a freak accident. The second mad experience I had, I ordered mozzarella sticks. They were very cold inside. The third time I went, I ordered a sub, and the guy forgot about it. I waited a very long time (40 minutes) before asking the guy where the food was. He obviously had forgot about it because he had to ask me again what my order was, and then he lied and told me it was on the grill and was going to be ready in 2 minutes....I saw him start the order from scratch... I've seen the people there lie about the status of an order several times when they forget about it. IT always just ends up pissing people off, because he gives them a very short, unrealistic...
