This place is so so good. The food is clearly made there since, even the fresh and delicious dumplings. The staff is very nice and friendly. We'll definitely be back.

We love the food at North Harbor Bistro. We seldom dine in these days, as delivery is very fast. The Cheese Crab Puffs are crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside. General Tso's Chicken has a good kick to it, if you like spicy food. The Mongolian Beef and fried rice are a must on our list every time. Also, don't miss the House Wonton Soup for 2. It comes with beef, chicken, shrimp and vegetables in addition the normal wonton.
