HOT POT BUFFET DOESN'T START UNTIL AFTERNOON/2pm APPARENTLY.I've been trying to find Chinese hot pot places in the area, and thought Shining Rainbow was the only one locally until a waitress informed me Northeast Chinese II also serves hot pot and in a buffet style.
