This is not a cafe, per se. It's almost like a food stand; its just the smallest little food place inside a large office building downtown. They actually don't even have a full kitchen, no full oven, no ice. But they work with what they got and they do a hell of a job! And for not having a full oven, there is a guy there that is also some how involved a spot in Old Town... name is escaping me at the moment. Anyway, that guy bakes some pretty legit stuff! Everything there is good, they use high quality ingredients (Fano Rustic bread, organic greens, etc), and their prices are very low. It's awesome. Also, everyone in the building loves this place. This review might represent at least 100 other people's feelings about Nova cafe. Finally, everyone who works here is *super* nice.

I work right across the street and love to come here to grab a quick lunch. It is very small inside, no tables, so you just run in and out. The food is made right in front of you and is hot and fresh. The owners, Rachel and Joel are always very nice. The food is so good that they sometimes run out of the more popular things, so it is best to go early to get what you want!
