The clam chowder by far the worst in mendo county. No flavor whatsoever even after adding salt and pepper. I wish I would have asked for a refund of the 14 dollars we spent. I will say the chicken Marsala special was out of this world amazing. 30 dollar tip for the table of six that included 2 kids was way to steep. We had no choice they added it.

We spent the night at the North Cliff Hotel, with a beautiful view of the Noyo Harbor, watching the small fishing boats chugging in and out all morning. We figured there's got to be a lot of very fish fish to sink your teeth into at the various restaurants in there. We sat down at Noyo River Grill for lunch, with a beautiful view of the boats and the water in the gorgeous sunshine. We ordered the fish sandwich, and I had pretty high expectations going in, but the result was off the charts! It was the freshest most delicious fish sandwich That I have ever had, by miles!! The batter was crunchy and crisp, and the fish was succulent and as moist as you could imagine. The freshest fish I think I'd ever had... I would not be surprised to learn that they received it from a boat like an hour ago. The sourdough bread and clam chowder are also absolutely awesome.
