Ordered a Specialty and they forgot to add sausage. We also paid for an extra ranch for our wings and never got it. We called to let them know and they questioned us about the sausage. Very poor customer service. After hanging up, we also realized they only gave us 11 wings instead of the 12 we ordered. We will not be ordering again.

My husband and I have lived in Florida for 20 years. He is from Bayonne, NJ and hates FL pizza! We just moved to Altamonte Springs, wanted pizza, looked on Google for pizza near us, looked at SO MANY PLACES PICTURES and NOTHING compared to how NY BEST PIZZA showed just from photos alone. We ordered a 16” pepperoni green pepper. Yazmine was so nice on the phone, said it would be ready in 25 minutes. I set an alarm to know when I should head out to get it. It was ready on the spot. Immediately it smelled amazing. The NY BEST team, Yazmine especially, were all so nice and welcoming. I got ONE BITE IN at home and had to stop everything to call Yazmine AND write this lengthy review. Literally the best looking, smelling, tasting pizza in FL! We will be bask very soon! Gotta scarf the rest of this pizza down!!!*UPDATE*Went again tonight 12/31/2021 and we got Baked Ziti, came with salad- chose Caesar, and chocolate cake! Again- it was SO GOOD! Yazmine was there again and remembered us immediately over the phone and when we walked in. Got home, everything was hot and again tasted like the best in FL.
