I thought I’d try this place today. The gentleman who took my order verified my order twice: teriyaki chicken, rice and salad… right off the lunch menu.Sadly, I got NO rice and the smallest amount of chicken you’ve ever seen! I even went home to check. It was 3.39 ounces of chicken. For $10!!!!! And this was the lunch special!Do NOT go here!I even went back to say they forgot the rice and he *argued* with me! Because he wrote some scratches on a page, he seemed to think that I ordered wrong. So ten bucks for less than 3 and a half ounces of chicken and some lettuce leaves.Don’t waste your money! Go someplace else!

Don't waste your money! Maybe because I am a small female, he assumed that I didn't want rice, so for TEN Dollars, I got 3.39 ounces of chicken and a handful of lettuce leaves. What a joke! I even went back to let them know that he forgot the rice and he argued with me!  He showed me a piece of paper with illegible writing on it.  So?  He couldn't manage one scoop of rice to make it right?   Don't go here... there are plenty of other good teriyaki places around!

Rude owner. I asked 2 questions about their menu, as I'd never been here before. My third question wasn't answered -- The owner's bad attitude fell out of his mouth instead. When I told him I'd just go somewhere else, he said, "Good. I give good customer service."My money will never be spent here, which isn't a concern for the owner. He's the king of the floor behind this tiny counter, and his rule of Oak Tree Teriyaki will not be questioned by a potential customer. You dare to inquire about sauce? Be gone, peasant. The crown of rejection is HIS to wear now! He doesn't need your money, and he leases a retail space to make sure you know that.
