So I've always loved the ice cream, but sometimes it has ice crystals in it that suggest it's not kept correctly. The service is SLOW. The drive through intercom was broken (and has been broken for a while). The staff ignores mask mandates, which combined with the ice-crystals makes me think that they likely ignore public health and cleanliness rules. Two stars
