We had never been here before. We made a reservation for 3. They put us at a table in the bar area which was super loud. We had our child with us who is sometimes sensitive about sound, (on the autism spectrum) . They did offer to move us to another table but it was really tiny and barely big enough for 2 people. It was next to a table that was a bigger 2-4 person table. I was curious why not give that one to us. I'm thinking the other reservation maybe had adults that would be happy to be in the middle of the action. But even at the tiny table it was loud and then the people came to the table next to us and my child was pushed in and felt cramped. Our child started crying after that and we had to leave. Where to start? Well we are living in some unprecedented times and great service is no easy feat. My recent visit to ocean house gave me sense of normalcy that I haven't felt since before the dreaded 2020 came into the picture. The drinks were great, food phenomenal, and service well...BEYOND AMAZING! One of the owners, Jill, took the time to welcome us as first timers. She ensured we were taken care of and throuroghly satisfied with our experience at the Ocean House. We highly recommend this place and the unparalleled service.
