O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar in Alabaster

I ordered from O’Charleys on colonial Drive in alabaster Alabama tonight for delivery. There were many errors with our order. I ordered a chicken salad and they left a note on the box stating that they had no chicken for the salad so it was a plain salad with some eggs on it, I was never called to be notified of this ahead of time to see if I would like to change my order. Also my son’s filet was not cooked Correctly and he did not receive the fries that were supposed to come with that either. I totally understand that sometimes errors are made, I called and very nicely asked twice to speak with the manager regarding the errors in our order, However both times they hung up on me. This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Thought I left a review here from my experience a couple months ago… But in summary, absolute HORRIBLE place of business. The person to greet and seat you at the front had the worse attitude. Rolled her eyes at me and my family, huffed and puffed over us just coming in!! My fiancé asked to speak to the manager and told her everything. The manager defended her behavior as she’s being overworked. No excuse to treat people like that that had JUST came in and haven’t even said a word yet. What a joke! We left, (the manager basically begged us to stay afterwards she defended the lazy, cranky, and bitter girl… like absolutely NOT) and ate somewhere else with BETTER EMPLOYEES AND FRIENDLY staff.We were greeted so kindly in the other restaurant we chose.The manager at the new place walked around and made sure everyone in the building was okay. Find another place to go and spend your money where people treat you with respect. I’m 25 and have never dealt with such disgusting attitude at a restaurant before.

Service was slow. 1 beer took 15 minutes.Ordered appetizer, never got it.Out of 1/2 the items on the menu. ?It's your menu, you don't have it??
