Worst restaurant ever.. rude staff called to order food they hung up 2x then took the phone off the hook. This is orlando florida USA. NOT CUBA. You have no one to speak English to take an order.. outrageous......

We just left the restaurant. I have been there several times but tonight everything went wrong. The waitress passed by us several times and did not address us until we went to the host stand. Then it took an hour to get the food. The appetizers tasted horrible. Like burnt oil. We made the mistake of ordering sandwiches with fries. Fries tasted bitter. The waitress was very inattentive, did not even say good evening. They just lost 4 clients. Their frying oil is old. I can tell from the bitterness of their fried goods. Bad service and bad food. Is a shame because the first time was great.Update:Nice try. When they find a bad review they “bury it” under several fake 5-stars ones to bring rating up. This location is not good. The owner needs to step up and fix his restaurant. Posting fakes reviews will not help. I went there last Friday night 1/21/22 and it was completely empty around 9:00pm. Not a good signIt was to get a slice of cake because those are good. Other than that I am not eating there until they fix it

This place was nothing less than AMAZING, beautiful, clean, live music and our waiter Fernando was the best....he was funny and helpful. We don't live in Orlando but we plan to visit Old Cuban Cafe every time we are in town. We loved it and you will too
