I had placed an order on line and this manager was being a jerk and wouldn’t let me take the food that was already paid for on line. And I was never told that I needed to bring the debit/ credit card that was used to finalize the sale. So I left hungry and very disappointed.Bad customer service

Food was alright, nothing amazing. The atmosphere itself was kind of weird just dead silent with no music, you could litteraly hear what every table was talking about. By the way this was my first time eating at olive garden.
