Why have a catering option for 11 if the food isn't going to be ready in time? I understand that things happen and you want to serve the best quality but no phone call or email letting me know? It was stated that my phone number didn't work but I received the text messages about checking in so I'm unsure what happened there. They purposed a new time for the item to be ready but when that time came and went. So I CALLED to see what was taking so long, the food was still not being ready! Again no update until I called. Very frustrating when the order was placed early the day before. They were very kind and apologetic and did comp me with a giftcard and a refund for that item. Unfortunately though, when...
