We loved the bubbles outside. It was 20 degrees outside and we were comfortable in the heated bubble. Food was great and service was excellent. Thanks for setting these up!

I have been to O'Loughlin's Restaurant when I grew up near there - even at their old location and in the past the food and service has been great. Something happened though because this experience was very sub-par. The waitress was in another world, and was not attentive to us and there was only 1 other table in the dining room. We smelled smoke coming through vent system so someone must have been back near the air handling system to smoke cigs. [our guess as the smell would come in waves and at a time when no servers were present] The staff was all hanging out near kitchen and bar and no one was attentive. The plates and utensils were dirty... and food sub-standard. This place is in need of a hells-kitchen type makover if they are going to survive.
