I used to frequent this Ono Hawaiian BBQ location and I forgot why I stopped going... until tonight. I ordered extra rice instead of the "veggies" with my mini Katsu but when I got home I got more Mac salad. They repeated my order twice and still got it wrong. My main complaint is with the katsu itself. Would it even be called Chicken Katsu if there's barely any chicken in it? It's literally a really thin slice of chicken and a whole lot of breaded coating. If I wanted bread then I would've ordered a sandwich. For the price, I would expect to have more chicken in my Katsu.
