Everytime I come here it gets worse. 1. They got my order wrong even though it was correct on the receipt 2. The chicken katsu was undercooked that you can literally see the blood 3.they got stingy with their spam, it was as thin as a paper. Worst of all they have no type of customerThey used to be so great when they first opened, idk what happened

I go to Ono Hawaiian BBQ all the time and there are several locations near me. This is the first time going to this location and I ordered a fairly large catering order. There was plenty of food and everything was cooked well except the BBQ beef. It was really overcooked which made it tough... I get on the Hawaiian frequently and the beef is usually tender and juicy. We had a group of about 25 people and a few noticed... Since the beef is only a part of the order and everything else was fine, I would give this place an overall 3.5 stars but I rounded up.
