Food was so nasty I tried to come and return it they wouldn't I even asked if they would try it the chicken was dry the rice was undercooked never coming back

This is the only ONO Hawaiian BBQ that will not make my food to order. I've gone to so many of them and have never had a hard time getting my order except for this one. I don't like cooked cabbage and they refuse to serve it to me without cooking it first even though if you order the crab Rangoon's it comes on a bed of uncooked cabbage. It's not like they don't have or don't serve it they just won't give it to me on my plate combo. Worst customer service. Half the time if I make a big deal about it they will give it to me but I don't want to fight with someone in order to get my food how I like it. Cabbage does not need to be cooked and is not harmful if it is not cooked but for some reason they don't want to make even tiny changes to keep the customer happy. Plus they serve it on other things anyways, I'm literally asking them to do less work for the same amount of money but the cook wants to be an asshole with a power trip. They don't give a shit if you are happy or not. If you want ONO make the drive to Menifee so it is made by someone who actually wants you to like your food.
