Capitol Hill has some pretty steep competition when it comes to ramen but Ooink is probably one of the toughest contenders.Located on top of the QFC, this is a bit of a hidden treasure. It’s a pretty small place but it makes up for its humble size in spirit. The focus is very much on the food itself, making this a very no-frills experience. There’s no cocktail bar or beers on tap (there’s a few in bottles), no sushi or teriyaki, etc. It’s a ramen shop that serves ramen and this self-imposed constraint allows them to focus 100% of their energy on bringing you FANTASTIC ramen.The food itself is amazing...
