I've had the greatest pleasure of experiencing authentic culinary magic at Opus Co over its magical four year run. I was curious what they would create in the original Martino's space (btw Martino's moved down the street by the fire station) back in 2017. First visit was a very hot summer day in 2017 perched at the counter corner. Having no preconceptions, I remember having my palate blown away. Of course, kudos and accolades led to good luck getting another reservation. Second visit never happened, despite such effort to snag a reservation. It got cancelled for something else with the MKE Yelper. Such regret. Second visit part 2 was at a window side two top. This time I opted for the chef's tasting menu. Courses were phenomenal. However, most notable, there was a particular waitperson who took utmost care with me while dining solo, especially with a more boisterous 4 top next to me.
