I loved how their sushi has half the rice than most other place. Allows you to really taste and appreciate the fish and not be too full, so you can try more! Warning: Dishes are smaller than they look in the pictures.Not too impressed with sweet shrimp though. After having one that was still kicking at a different restaurant, nothing can beat that.

This restaurant is very unique in that it's Chinese owned (I think). The menu is vast but the quality is quite good as well. I'd say the quality of seafood is very comparable to the average traditional Japanese owned sushi restaurant. The difference is that Opus sushi will use the ingredients for more Americanized rolls while still offering traditional optional as well. Sometimes I can spot a dish where it doesn't seem like the chefs know how to feature the seafood completely. They still end up pretty tasty though. Fun place!
