Rude customer service, cheesecake fro yo tasted like plain vanilla. Restroom was closed while the business was still open. Girl pacing back and forth making sure she told me what time they close. Never going back

I love frozen yogurt and have been visiting this particular one for years! I went in yesterday to use the last of my rewards and was told they couldn’t get the computer working to accept the old rewards so they are going straight to the new system. When I tried to explain I had received two text messages from Orange Leaf asking me to use my rewards by the end of august and had come in from another town to do so, I expected to be able to redeem them. The employee I was talking to started talking over me and wouldn’t even stop talking long enough to listen. She said “we have this sign posted to explain the new rewards…” I felt this was terrible customer service as I had earned those reward points and was trying to redeem them before they expired! As a regular customer, I was so disappointed with her attitude and poor customer service. This borders on fraud in my humble opinion. One disappointed customer:(
