I had the best customer service from Arianne! She is so sweet (even moreso than my froyo). I'm not usually one to write reviews, but GM if you're reading this, for what my humble opinion is worth, it seems to me that Arianne deserves a promotion or raise or some other sort of compensation for her efforts. Thanks Orange Leaf Baytown and thanks Arianne for a great experience! :-)

The quality of the frozen yogurt here is very poor. Very watered down and taste like cheap soft serve ice cream. Not frozen yogurt. Not to mention , they're still not giving samples so that I could've known what I was getting myself into before buying . Would not come back
