I ordered the Saigon combo noodle salad and it was fantastic. You might see this dish listed in other Vietnamese restaurants as vermicelli noodle salad with grilled pork and eggroll (or bun cha gio or bun cha thiet nuong if it's listed in Vietnamese). Orchid restaurant's version was unfortunately a smaller portion (in takeout at least), but was as close as I have found to the one at Pho 79 on Eat Street. If you know Vietnamese food in the twin cities you know that their food is basically the best. Orchid got every ingredient just about perfect. The crispy egg rolls, the sweet and savory grilled pork, the crunchy pickled carrot and daikon, and the tangy fish sauce dressing. I wish I had taken a picture but I couldn't resist just diving right in. I look forward to going back and trying more dishes there soon.

The food was great! I had the beef pho and my wife had the orange peel chicken. We will definitely be coming back!

Great food. Some of the best Asian food around. Try the spicy Singapore noodles and eggrolls. Friendly service!
