I just want to say that the salmon sinigang is hands down one of the best soups I have had. The sour and savory soup mixed with salmon is a must try. I went with a work friend who is Filipino because I wanted to offer a taste from home. He ordered the pork adobo with a side of the sinigang and I got the sinigang with 2 longanizas. My friend got a full bowl of the soup! The cook is friendly and very funny as well. She was eyeing my when eating my soup and asked if I liked halibut. I replied...
