I came here with my husband for a late lunch. I had sushi. The flavors were good. Maybe missing a bit more salt. Reasonable prices and the place is clean.

We've been going to Fuji Sushi near Waterford Lakes for some time. Prior to the Covid Pandemic, you used to be able to come in around 6pm on a weeknight and get a teppanyaki table all to yourself. It was always kind of a shock since we enjoyed ourselves every visit. The food was always very good, the show accompanying it was fun, and the service was always dependable. Recently we had Mahmud as our server, and he was friendly, quick with the refills, and answered all of our questions about the updated menu and their specials. The staff behind the counter are super nice as well, and greet you as soon as you get within their line of sight.Prior to eating here, we were more the teppan dinner people, and less the sushi people, but now? This might be the best sushi we've ever had. The crunchy shrimp roll pictured in this review is one of the most satisfying rolls we've tried. We also recently gave the Paradise Roll a go, and let me tell you, it is the all-time favorite so far.The atmosphere really adds to the meal. It's just so... inviting. I really do not know how to p...
