PLEASE READDecided to take my wife out tonight because she passed her teaching certification.We arrived at 9:25. They close at 10:30pm. We already knew what we wanted because we come here quit often.Immediately the waitress started yelling at manager, “I REFUSE TO TAKE THAT TABLE, I WILL NOT BE THE WAITRESSES I’m GOING HOME!”As upset as I was my wife really wanted to stay here because we have witness sooo many places go out of business recently.No one ever brought us drink refillAsked us if we needed anythingNo napkinsNo platesNo silverwareNO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALLI have attached his measly discount and felt more insulted that my family was worth only $15 off when we spend $150 every week here! Not anymore, I won’t spend a dime here again!Yes we spoke to the manager neither 1 of them cared! But they won’t forget this incident once business starts to decline. I won’t spend a penny here again!!!
