Would be nice to have pool tables that work...They have 3 pool tables upstairs that are ALL BROKEN. The owners must be asleep in Florida or something...This place used to be packed when they were up and running. I guess they hate money.

A real live Dive bar in Old Town Alexandria. O'Shaughnessy's Pub is located above the Stage Door Deli at the corner of West & King Streets. They have live music nightly in the back bar downstairs which is non-smoking. The upstairs bar has two rooms with 3 pool tables and a bar and they allow smoking(oh the horror). They have a pretty good happy hour from 5-7pm. (The place doesn't open before 5pm.) All the food you order is from the Stage Door Deli kitchen. Excellent Burgers, Reubens, fries and onion rings. Two beers and a burger for $10 can't be beat. A nice hidden gem in Alexandria.
