I will admit I've only done drive thru, and have only ever had the char-grilled BBQ pork baghn mi, but it is easily my go to bahn mi place. The service has been decently fast and polite, while the food has been delicious and reasonably priced; can't ask for much more!

I've been a customer at Oui Banh Mi for a while, and they're my go-to for these sandwiches since Les Givrals on Milam closed. The sandwiches are affordable, tasty and the meat (we usually get grilled chicken or pork) is lean and flavorful. That said, orders often aren't filled to our request. We always order online, and select double meat because the portions tend to be stingy. But often, it's NOT double meat, something we don't realize until we get home. Or, we say no jalapeno and there's still one in the sandwich. We keep coming back despite this because the sandwiches are so good (and the spring rolls are also great - try the 3-roll Vietnamese sausage summer rolls!). Also: Do use the online ordering, available at their website. Nothing's more annoying than having placed an online order to be more efficient, only to roll up behind someone placing a big order at the window. Plan ahead, folks! (If there's a long car line, I'll park and do the walkup window for an online order, which helps.)
