We’ve been coming to this Outback for the last 15 years, as we live close by and it has always been good. Tonight I ordered an 8 once sirloin medium rare, but when I received the steak was extremely well done. Ok I thought, everybody has an off night now and again so I reordered medium rare to go, as my 5-11 year olds would be restless by the time it arrived. Once again I received an extremely well done steak. No excuse for the second time. Hope management does something about the chef at the steak house who cannot cook a steak. We will not be coming back here anytime soon. Much rather drop a few more bucks at Stoney River to get an actual dinner.
