We arrived at 6:30 after a 30 min wait to be seated we received drinks from the bar that were more ice than drink. They tasted great but at 7 dollars a glass for mostly ice not a great feeling. The food took an hour to get to us after being seated. For a Fri night they were pretty packed but it was still a bit excessive.

Just wanted to give my feedback. I usually don't go on and leave any comments but I had to today. My experience at Outback Steakhouse with my mom and sister we had Zakary, as our waiter. What a experience I had I must saw what manners and politeness he had when approaching us he smile will leave me with a smile he interacting with us the whole time. Brought us everything we ask for didn't get upset when we asked for more napkins and when the appetizer my mom wasn't to find of due to lack of lobster in it. He dint make us feel bad for it energy had the manager take off check. He reminded me of my son Christopher who passed away going on 4 years in a accident. He would be 22 years of age if alive I wanna say Zack reminded me of him and his smile and how well mannered he was to us. Thank you Zack for making my day that was very emotional one as I have my days just little happy for me. God bless you always and I pray you get Recognition for your Great service you gave myself and family tonight. The Fuertes Family!!
