Customer service was AWESOME2 OF THE 4 SIRLOINS we ordered was not cooked properly and they both were supposed to be Medium and we're cooked done and dry... They took those 2 and brought out replacements 1 was black on one side but the inside was medium the other was well done

My husband and I went to this restaurant tonight with high expectations as we have eaten at numerous Outback Steakhouse restaurants previously. We should have known when it took a long time for our waitress to come and take our drink order but we didn't. When our drinks and bread were finally delivered we both noticed that the bread was cold and the butter practically frozen. We placed our order and when our salads were delivered we received 3 salads for the 2 of us. We sent the extra salad back as we did not want nor did we order it. When our steaks were delivered, my steak came without the "dressed" baked potato I ordered. I had also ordered m...
